I’m a proponent of iterative change. Small and targeted changes accompanied with feedback and measurement is often the best way to ensure cooperation and continual improvement. I am a hands-on consultant, often embedding with your team to best understand your cultural nuances and ensure quick wins. I believe that a team that works well together and is empowered with the information they need to make mission and goal aligned decisions can lead to any successful endeavor.
While my formative years were spent in the forests and waterways of the Hudson Valley of New York state, I have resided in Brooklyn NY for the past 22 years. I began my business career as a bookkeeper in 2005. Since then I have expanded my knowledge base through experience, accounting and finance courses, and volunteer work. While I am no longer working in finance hands-on, I bring a wealth of expertise in finance to my business management consulting practice. Having worked with many small and medium sized businesses, I also possess first hand knowledge of the challenges that business owners are up against.
